What are the Alliance Roles?
Alliance roles include: Leaders, Co-Leaders, Council Members and Allies. Alliance Leaders, Co-Leaders, and Council Members can promote/demote Allies as well as kick Allies from the Alliance. Co-Leaders and Leaders can promote Allies to Council, but only the Alliance Leader has the ability to promote someone to Co-Leader.
There can only be one Leader.
How do I find new members for my Alliance?
You can always ask your friends to join your Alliance, or tell everyone how great it is by posting about it in our Official Forums (https://forums.bighugegames.com/index.php?forums/alliance-gate.37/).
Also, if your Alliance is set to "Open," random players may join if they see your Alliance in the "Join Alliance" window.
Someone kicked members out of our Alliance! What can we do?
Only the Alliance Leader and Council members can remove or add members to an Alliance. If someone has been removed from an Alliance you must contact the Alliance Leader or Council member to discuss the situation.
What should I do if a player is being offensive in our alliance chat?
If someone reports a player for harassment in their alliance chat, Player Support can block the player from rejoining the alliance at the request of a Council, Co-leader, or Leader. Please have one of these individuals report the incident to Player Support with screenshots of the offensive chat.
Our Alliance leader is never online. Is there a way to remove our Alliance leader from the Alliance?
Dissolution of an Alliance is not currently possible unless the Leader performs this action themselves. If the reason why you want your Alliance to be disbanded is because of an inactive Leader, please tell the next highest ranking Alliance member to contact support.
How can I share Replays?
You need to be in an Alliance in order to share your replays. After a battle, go to your Attack Log and press the "Share" button. Your replay will be shared in your alliance chat momentarily.
