Can I play Dominations using my ZenFone?
Using a ZenFone while playing Dominations is not supported at this time. We are constantly working to improve and refine Dominations over time. In addition to adding in new features and content, this sometimes means implementing new technology and infrastructure to the game behind the scenes.
As new mobile devices reach the market and as the game’s technology advances, some older devices may not be able to keep up with the game’s hardware demands. We try our best to ensure that as many devices can support the game as possible; however, certain devices will inevitably fall behind
Can I Play DomiNations using Newly Released OS Versions?
At this time, Dominations does not support any Operating System version that has not been officially released to the public at large.
Alpha, Beta, Preview, and Test versions of Operating Systems may be able to install and run the game; however, we will be unable to assist with any errors that arise due to compatibility issues. If you encounter issues with the game after updating to an unsupported OS version, we recommend you revert your device to the most up-to-date version that has been released officially.
I’m playing on both an Android and iOS device. What happens to my supply drop when I switch from one device to another?
Rewards from Supply Drops are sometimes based on your device type, and determined by which device you first see the reward on. Be sure to open these rewards when you see them to prevent them from being lost when you move to a new device!
